Great class for beginners to seasoned yogis. Back to the basics of Prana (Breath), Seated Poses & Stretches and Meditation while creating a bit of a GLOW. Blocks & Straps are available. This is a Yin inspired class and there will be 5-6 seated floor poses that will be held 2-3 minutes.
Hot Fusion is a 60-80 minute Hot Yoga class that introduces different styles of Hatha Yoga into the hot room from Ashtanga to Yin depending on the Instructors style of guiding the class. Modifications are always taught along with encouraging variations of asanas, depending on the level of practitioner. Beginner to Advanced.
Hot Blast is where Power Yoga meets Bootcamp!! Lots of fitness and sweat!!
This fusion class will consist mostly of Pilates theory with some cardio dance, kickboxing fitness, yoga recovery and lots of sweat!!
Join us at Hot Yoga Syracuse for a 75 minute, cooling and gentle yoga practice. We will begin with breath work and centering, followed by a deep and stretchy Yin practice where we will hold seated postures for 2-5 minutes. We will then make our way in to a Restorative practice with the support of bolsters and blocks for a deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation/Yoga Nidra to promote calm and clarity.
