Established in 2016 as the original Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates destination in CNY... at Hot Yoga Syracuse, our mission is to cultivate a vibrant community rooted in connection, movement and transformation. We believe that sweat is sacred and a powerful release that cleanses the body, clears the mind and awakens the spirit. Our community is built on shared energy and support. A place where every drop of sweat represents healing, unity and the journey back home to ourselves. We also believe it is important to learn about traditional yoga practices and styles and ancient healing techniques. We offer non-heated classes, prenatal and post natal friendly classes and community events and workshops.
